Refund and Returns Policy

Benjamin Moore Thailand is committed to providing premium-quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Your order was incomplete due to our error.
2. Return Request Period
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your request should include:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-tinted or color-matched paints
- Special-order products
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or accidents
- Products without proof of purchase
4. Return Conditions
Returned products should:
- Be unused (unless defective)
- Be in their original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Be in resalable condition whenever applicable
5. Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service team.
- Provide your order number and purchase details.
- Submit photos describing the issue.
- Wait for our return authorization.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Refunds are generally completed within 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the applicable shipping costs.
- If the return is requested for reasons not attributable to the Company, shipping charges and related costs may be the customer's responsibility.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will be handled in accordance with this Refund and Returns Policy.
